who would be happy when their mail are monitored by the a government agencies like  Federal or state law? I think nobody wants this types of audit but its the fact that they are doing with the public mails. Thats what Lauren Walker is talking about in the article, ‘‘Postal service photograph every piece of mail in the U.S. ,shares with agencies that request it’’. The growth of surveillance program in the U.S. suffers people from watchful and responsible care that makes them feel vulnerable. According to article postal service website exposed the fact that USPS approved nearly 50000 requests to monitor American mails both internal USPS division and from state or federal law enforcement agencies at all levels. They were tracking mail through two program i.e. “Mail imaging” and “Mail isolation control and tracking program”.

This audit which is made by USPS became a tread to the American because they are watched by the government. It might be good to keep track and investigates criminals and keep safe the nation itself. But its not good for the those people who wants to live private. For some people they don't like to be watched by other that whatever they are doing in their life. So, this might be a big problem for the people. Since, government are monitoring without enough reason or authorization so, anybodys mail can be investigated. And we all know that America is know to be free nation which means people living here has more rights of freedom than other nation. In terms of this audit I don't think that we can call it free nation anymore because Americans are losing their rights.

Throughout this article the quotation that catched my attention was “Up the government without the need for any judges approval” by Mark Brodin, who was a professor at Boston college law school. This quotation clearly explains that government can investigate public mail at anytime they want without anybodys permission. Their target is to investigate and monitored American mails. For such investigation they don't need any authorization from anybody. And they can investigate anyones mails.

Reading this article reminds me my past experience. When I was young I was a good kid.I listen to the my teacher and i follow their instruction. But my parents always check my bag without any reason and it makes me angry because I don't like to know my privacy to other people. Also, I think that why they have to check my bag without any reason. So, this is the reason why people don't like unreasonable search and seizure.

In conclusion, I think government has to figure out the whos mail has to search and whos not search. Unreasonable search and seizure is not fair for the honest people . Therefore, there has to be certain reason to investigate people mails. And they should monitored only suspicious mails which contains bio-hazardous material. I believe if they apply this method other people will not affected and it looks fair for those who are honest.

In “In Praise of the F word”,Mary Sherry argues that thousands of eighteen-year-olds are graduating with lower quality of educations. Author blames that kids have the poor academic skills while he was teaching to this kids. Employers wants graduates to have a basic skills and students who have not graduate master cheating the work. Young people doesn't value education as the older people does. Also, author argues that no matter what environment students come from if they have a support they will put school first place. And for both teacher and parents flunking became one of the good teaching tool and they express that students have a ability to learn if material are presented to them.

After reading this article, I found that to get attention is more important before teaching no matter what distraction may be at hand. Anything that we do we need to pay attention because without attention we don't know that what we are doing or we will not get the knowledge that we really need. The reason that i found this important is that a lot of high school students who graduate are lack of basic skills and doesn't have a knowledge about how to deal with the problems. Therefore, if student who graduate doesn't have basic skills than their diploma is just meaningless.

More attention in the class will help to students gain more knowledge as they go throughout the academic year. Just going to school and attending every class but not paying attention will drag students knowledge. As we go to school we learn a lot of basic knowledge which is really important to our life but if students did not concentrate than its hard to deal with work that they are doing. For example, my friend taylor recently graduate from high school and she got her diploma but while she applied for a job, she is rejected because even she has the diploma she didn't have more basic knowledge and skills. And now taylor realize that if she paid attention she would not have to face this situation. No matter weather you have your diploma or not it is important to have a basic skills in order to deal with the problems.

Another reason that why attention is necessary for people is that without paying attention that whatever we do could cause a big problem in our life. wherever we are we have to pay attention. for example if you attend class but you didn't pay attention you will end of with the falling grade which means that student just waste their valuable time  as well as money.  And the time she spent during those period, she will never get back in her lifetime. So, it is important to concentrate on what you are doing in your life.

In conclusion, I think paying attention on anything you do in your life play vital role in our life. Therefore, its better to concentrate or focus on your work, study, or anything you do in your life before end up regrating. So, I would like to suggest people that dont waste your valuable time because you will never get that time later on.

In ”Are women really better at multitasking?”, authors argues that female are good at multitasking comparing to the male. According to British researchers 70% of women performed better while they were given task at the same time. Also, they found that men are not performing their work logically because when they were given to find lost key in an imaginary field they did not cover whole field but women were more managing and search the whole field. one of the researcher said, that women are more concern and able to perform more than one task at same time better than male.

Multitasking have negative effect on people performance weather they are male or female .Doing two things at a same time people could not concentrate fully so, there will be difficulties to perform well on both the task. It might make us suffer from stresses and end up with doing nothing.The reason i find this idea important is that because in todays world a lot of people are doing multiple activities at a once. But people are not concern about the consequences about their activities and they think that its good to perform multiple task. As well as they assume  that it is smart way to finish more work at a same time even their performance is not that good as other who concentrate on one thing.


It is hard for us to focus on one thing while we are doing multiple task. It is like you are eating two different kinds of food at once but later on you will suffer from the digestion problems. For example, my classmate was always texting and listening music while she is in the class. But when she is taking exams she fails because she was doing multiple task while she was in the class. As Dr. Etienne Koechlin said that in two task, left and right hemispheres covers each task so, its not so good because each hemisphere has to focus on each task.  Therefore, her  grade goes lower also, she could not focus on  work fully. So,this evidence shows that multi tasking just lower the quality of our work.


Also, the number of car accidents is increasing more day by day  by different reason . Among them multi tasking is one of the major factor which cause car accidents. As we read daily newspapers mostly accidents are happened because people are engage in multiple activities and not paying enough attention towards the driving.  Recently I was travelling with my cousin and I saw the guy who was driving next to our car also, he was texting. After a while he hit the minivan while  minivan was trying to stop at the red light but since he was texting he didnt paid enough attention and was driving in full speed. His car was damaged badly and hurt himself. By this experience i knew that multitasking not only lower the productivity also it will put us in dangerous activity were sometimes people lose their life.

In conclusion, I would say that instead of doing two task at a same time its better to do each task at a time. It is important to focus and concentrate on the things that you are doing. But if we do multiple activity than we can't focus on one thing. So, it will lower the quality of what we are doing. As well as more you focus on one thing the better your results and can produce quality work.

So, this became intrusive for many passengers.According to Mr. Hoffman, instead of adding more layers of security for every passengers, they have to identify passengers by watching their behavior, questioning, and based on particular risk. For these people , Shane says, airport screening has become threats for the passengers because they have to go through all the scanner.
